How long does it take to make and ship my order?
We do our best to have orders produced and shipped from our San Francisco HQ within two business days. Please note that larger or custom orders can take a few days longer. Don't hesitate to drop us a line with any questions about how long your order might take.
How much does shipping cost?
All domestic orders ship free of charge to you.
What shipping methods do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States is via USPS First Class or Priority Mail.
Do you ship to my country?
Currently we only ship to addresses in the United States, though we are looking to expand internationally soon!
Can I return or exchange my order?
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. Any unworn/unused product can be returned for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery, no questions asked. If a product is defective, it may be exchanged for a new product which will be shipped to you at no additional charge.
How do I return or exchange my order?
To start the return process, please email us at email@example.com. If you have a copy of the packing slip that came with your order handy, the order # will help us get you squared away more quickly.
Conditions of Return
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Because of the nature of customized items, we do not accept returns for those unless they are defective.
